Fair Housing Hawaii

The goal of this Fair Housing Hawaii website project is to educate individuals with disabilities, family members, service providers and landlords about fair housing rights, particularly when it comes to renting a home. The Legal Aid Society of Hawaii has set up this website to provide a resource for all parties to understand their individual rights, file a claim if they feel they have been discriminated against, and to help educate the general population about Fair Housing Laws. This site will provide you access to brochures, forms, up to date news, as well as a simple way to file a complaint.

Our services are available for everyone and we can also provide interpreter services if needed. Some of our documents are also availalbe in foreign languages. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
